This page explains how to request deletion of your account for the Ventrie mobile apps — Ventrie Client, Ventrie (for employees), and The Palm Builders — published on Google Play by BitsPro, the company behind the Ventrie platform (ventrie.com).
Email support@ventrie.com from the email address registered on your account, with the subject "Account deletion request". Please include your name and your unit / plot number or employee ID so we can locate your account. You may also make the request through your organization's office. We verify the request comes from the account holder and action it within 30 days, and confirm by email once done.
The organization you sign in to (your society, developer, or business) is the data controller for the records shown in the app. The records associated with your account — your profile details and the bills, installments, bookings, complaints, orders, invoices, and payment history created through the app — are retained by your organization for its operational, accounting, and legal requirements. To request correction or erasure of those records, contact your organization directly; for platform-level privacy questions, email support@ventrie.com.
